Food critics are some of the most feared figures in the restaurant business. Every chef wants a good review but no one wants a bad one and harsh words can spell trouble in a competitive marketplace.
Social media means everyone is now a critic… but it’s hard to entertain, inform and amuse in just 140 characters.
To celebrate the launch of our new website, we’ve teamed up with Tamdhu to offer you the chance to have your say. With some ‘Can-Dhu-Spirit’, send us a review of a restaurant in no more than 500 words. The winner, selected by our expert panel, will receive a special bottle of Tamdhu Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky and have their review featured here for all to see.
