Three years after our launch, we’re delighted to announce a major development in the life of Taste Communications.
From today, we are entering into a strategic partnership with London’s biggest food and drink PR company, Sauce Communications. The agreement means we will share market information and intelligence as well as working to support each other in our respective markets. Staff from Taste and Sauce will also spend time in each other’s offices. The announcement forms part of expansion plans for both companies.
Launched in 2001, Sauce is Britain’s top lifestyle agency that specialises in restaurants, hotels & food and drink, with clients ranging from Jason Atherton to The Ritz.
Taste launched just three years ago but already has over 20 clients including some of Scotland’s biggest food and drink brands.
Welcoming the agreement, Sauce Founder Jo Barnes said “it was a natural progression in the growth of the company to partner up the Scottish equivalent to Sauce” .
Sauce co founder Nicola Hancock agreed: “the new partnership will provide both clients and staff alike with many exciting opportunities”.
Taste Founder Stephen Jardine said the move will allow both companies to build on their in-depth sector knowledge. “As food and drink specialists north and south of the border, this agreement represents a chance for us to pool our skills and understanding for the benefit of all our clients”, said Stephen.
In addition to the knowledge sharing at the heart of the working partnership, Sauce and Taste will also explore opportunities to work together on client accounts.
